First of all I would like to welcome you to my website! I have invested over half of my life to the culinary industry in multiple capacities, from being a private chef on a yacht to cooking in hotels, hospitals, nightclubs and restaurants. Working with clients from all walks of life, both nationally and internationally has enabled me to develop menus that act as a passport to transcend cultural barriers because of my diverse cooking experience.
Also, based upon recent statistics on American obesity, I have incorporated the health conscious approach towards developing menus that cater to the vegan and semi-vegetarian market.
There is a great need and demand for healthy food as well as an upscale five star dining experience that will be memorable, flavorful and appealing to the eye.
My vision is to have all of the above while being able to be competitive, creative and economically efficient (without sacrificing quality or the integrity of service).
